I'm glad I found your page, I was wandering around Pinch my salt & just decided to pop over to yours. You post some delicious recipes & I'm happy to see your getting back into your Italian ancestary, I think your grandparents would be pleased! When we were in Rome last year, our Hotel was opposite a block of residential flats, we could see the Mama of the house making fresh pasta every morning...so dedicated ...:0)
