After around 20 days of juice fasting most people are known to crack and stuff themselves with high calorie foods. This will just destroy all your previous hard work.

Re: Spring Risotto

Wow Rissoto! Lots of tourists, but lots of locals too. Pancake Pantry is heart of Nashville, but it's impossible to get a table there - best to go really early or really late (for brunch). Local favorite.
Must see a show at the Grand Ol' Opry. Opryland is worth a walk around, but probably not worth spending any money there.
Bar hopping on Broadway is a great way to hear a lot of amazing music. Tootsie's, Legends, Full Moon Saloon, The Stage are all fun.
Everything above are places I'd recommend and have been.

One place I've never been is Prince's Hot Chicken Shack . It's supposed to be amazing.

Re: Kuala Lumpur in January

WOW Crt! thats awesome! loved seeing your travels- you are a regular anthony bourdain!

Re: Kuala Lumpur in January

Durian. Are you sure you were working there or did the NY Times send you over as the food critic? It makes the dinners you grew up with so bland and boring. Good for you, this way you can really learn to appreciate and love all the different cultures you are exposed to.
